whew. okay, so a couple days away from the issue has left me feeling a lot better. tomorrow I might even start writing again! or at least, thinking about it.

in the meantime, I finished up a minor project that is somewhat related to the story. remember the picture I drew of cadence in her tantabus armor? I put that image into the GIMP editor and re-traced the lines, then filled it in with new colors, and it looks awesome! here, see:

I had to work today, so I wasn't able to hand out candy... but they did let us come into work in costume.
